Our Terms & Conditions
By using The Family Taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. BookingAll rides must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or mobile app. Booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message.
2. Fares & PaymentsFares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Payments must be made through approved methods. Any additional charges (toll, parking, waiting time) are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations made before dispatch are free. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already on the way. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Passenger ResponsibilityPassengers must provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the scheduled time. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
5. Luggage & BelongingsWe are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6. ConductWe reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
7. LiabilityWhile we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. SafetyChild seats can be requested in advance. Passengers must follow driver instructions for their own safety.
9. Service AvailabilityServices are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the requested time.
10. AmendmentsWe may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
